Returns & Exchanges
At DreamCatchers, we strive for perfection, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unopened, unused hair extensions in their original packaging within 30 days. To maintain hygiene standards, any product that has been removed from its security seal or worn cannot be returned or exchanged.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your hair extensions are still in their original gold-seal packaging and have not been tampered with or dyed.
Submit a Request
Log into your customer portal or contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items with the original invoice and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping via a tracked carrier.
Quality Inspection
Once received, our stylists will inspect the hair quality; if approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
