With proper care and the use of sulfate-free products, our extensions can last between 6 to 12 months. Longevity depends on your maintenance routine and how often the hair is heat-styled.
Can I color or tone my extensions?
Yes, because our extensions are made from real human hair, they can be darkened or toned by a professional stylist. However, we do not recommend bleaching or lightening them as it can damage the hair integrity.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused hair extensions. For hygiene reasons, the security seal must be intact. If the seal is broken, we cannot accept the return or exchange.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. We also offer expedited overnight shipping options at checkout for those who need their hair ready for a special event.
